I have had my doubts regarding the vegetarian diet, I have been overweight for numerous years and have used numerous diet programs in this time. I have had limited achievement with the Atkins weight loss program although I kept reading about how effective the vegetarian diet plan is, so I gave it a go. I must say it isn’t that difficult to stick to plus if you search around there are numerous excellent recipes and you can create some great tasting meals. The major advantage is I have lost 20 pounds in just two months and feel great, I would advise it to anyone!
