Slim Down this Summer

I am a busy young mom with 3 kids, ages 3, 2, and 4 months. I have gained a lot of weight in my pregnancies and would like to lose about 80 pounds. I want to lose it slowly and healthfully. I do not have the time or money to join a gym, and do not have the child care. Also, I can not afford to buy any exercise equipment or expensive pills/gadgets etc. What are some healthy diet plans that are vegetarian friendly, and what are good exercises for targeting belly fat. PS-I do not need to hear "eat less exercise more." I need specific routines and referrals to eating plans that work for my lifestyle. I also need to know what kind of exercises to do and when/how to do them, plus some healthy foods that will satisfy my sweet tooth. Thanks!

If you are really looking for the best diet, I suggest doing what this mom did…

Hi, I have friend who lost 25 pounds with the 6 meal vegetarian diet. She went to a nutritionist who had her eat 6 small meals a day measured this way:

meal 1 – enough food to fit in one fist
meal 2 – food to fill half a fist
    meal 3 – whole fist
    meal 4 – half fist
    meal 5 – whole fist
    meal 6 – half fist

And keep alternating. Each meal had to include some kind of beans and vegetables. The larger meals had to include some form of protein, whether it was egg, tofu or nuts. Also allowed are whole grains, oatmeal, ezekiel bread, wheat bread, hot cereals like cream of rice. She claims she was never hungry following this vegetarian weight loss diet, and even had to force herself to eat sometimes to get the 6 meals in.
