All Asian food diet help with weight loss?
Is it possible that if I switch my diet to all authentic Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner with a normal healthy breakfast that it could help me lose weight? It would be cutting out all dairy products and meat because I’m already a vegetarian.
oh no !! Lots of Asian food is very greasy actually !!! With lots of additives etc.
It will NOT make you lose weight by itself .
But maybe if you EAT like an Asian, a Chinese person in China for ex who mainly eats veg and rice and not much meat at all and very small portions you will lose weight.
Have you heard that now there is more food around in Asia, anorexia is becoming more and more of a problem ?
