One cup of fruits and vegetables, 3 ounces of grains, 2 ounces of meat and beans, 2 cups of milk, 3 teaspoons of oil and 165 discretionary calories of your choice as the ideal diet plan. Also drink as much water and zero calories beverages as you like to make sure that your body gets the necessary fluids.</p>

<p>Breakfast:</p>
<p>The breakfast should primarily consist of cereal and bananas. Typically you can have a cup of cereal, a cup of skimmed milk and a small size banana.</p>

<p>The morning snack can contain one cup of skimmed milk blended with quarter of a cup of frozen strawberries.</p>
<p>Lunch:</p>

<p>Breakfast:</p>

Apple oatmeal is prepared using half a cup of water, three quarters a cup of skimmed milk, 1/3 cup of oatmeal, half an apple and quarter a teaspoon of cinnamon.</p>

<p>You can have a handful of the nuts of your choice but make sure that they are not salted. Typical nuts that you can consume include almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts etc..</p>

<p>Dinner:</p>
<p>Dinner should consists of 2 cups of shredded lettuce, 6 cherry tomatoes, half avocado, half a cup of sliced red pepper, one thinly slice onion, one table spoon of low fat dressing and 2 oz chopped chicken.</p>

Like any diet, water is important to make you fill full, keep you hydrated for exercise, and to quench your thirst.  Its importance can not be stressed enough in a low carb diet though as its additional benefits, such as:<br />
* its role in metabolizing fat<br />
* its role in reducing Induction Flu symptoms<br />
* its role in flushing the toxins and by-products (like ketones) from the system through your kidneys</p>
<p>I deal with the quesiton of how much is required per day and even make some suggestions on how to make it more palatable for those hydro-phobic people like I was.  My suggestion is to look at water intake like a necessity similar to exercise.  For somethings you just need to get it over with and get on with life.  Eventually, it won&#8217;t seem as bad as it might when you are first starting, and given the prospect of lower than optimal weight loss, why wouldn&#8217;t you drink it? </p>

<p>You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.</p>
<p>Low Calorie Diets DON&#8217;T WORK.</p>
<p>You won&#8217;t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body&#8217;s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt &#8212; known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.</p>
<p>Low Carb Plans DON&#8217;T WORK.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.</p>
<p>What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?</p>
<p>Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program</p>

2 TBS butter<br />
1/4 cup natural chunky peanut butter<br />
1/4 cup Splenda<br />
1 cup chocolate whey protein powder<br />
1/4 cup Da Vinci SF Vanilla syrup<br />
1/4 cup Salted nuts (optional)</p>
<p>* Melt the Butter, and mix with Splenda.<br />
* Add the Peanut Butter to the mix until smooth.<br />
* Mix protein powder until crumbly<br />
* Add SF syrup, and the mix should turn glossy and much easier to form into 2 mini loaf pans<br />
* Freeze mixture for 1 hour, and it should be able to be eaten.</p>

110 Calories; 7g Fat; 9g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs</p>

1/2 cup unsalted butter<br />
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter<br />
2 ounces softened cream cheese<br />
1 cup Splenda<br />
2/3 cup Vanilla Whey protein powder</p>
<p>* Microwave the butter and peanut butter on HIGH for 1 minutes; mix thoroughly.<br />
* Mix in the cream chees<br />
* Add the Splenda and the whey protein powder until well combined.<br />
* Line a 8 x 8&#8243; baking pan with nonstick foil. Spread the fudge and press out with another nonstick piece of foil or plastic wrap.<br />
* Chill for one hour. </p>
<p>Makes around 20 pieces.<br />

Per Piece &#8211; 95.7 Calories, 8.55g of Fat (4g Sat), 3.5g of Protein, 2.3g Carbs (1.9g Net Carbs)</p>
