Why low fat, low calorie diets fail
After decades of low fat, low calorie diets we still have an epidemic level of obesity in our populations. This is because these weight loss methods work only short term. They don’t provide a correct nutritional approach to weight loss. People cant go through life counting calories and starving themselves year after year. This is not the long term solution.

It has no life left in it and it will drain the life from you. Connect with nature, not just with your food, but with the air, light, water and spirit that created it in the first place. Healing is what we need and that is what plants, herbs and nature does best. It heals us. The long term solution is right at our fingertips.
