I am starting a new diet and exercise plan. Is 6 weeks enough time to see visible results?
I will be doing push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, jogging, and lower body exercises as well. Also, I will also be starting a new diet of healthy and low fat meals.
That said, is 6 weeks enough time to see visible results?

Of course.
They may not be huge drastic results. But the results will be fairly noticeable to you.
When I started exercising, I started noticing changes in my endurance first. Then the second thing was my stomach, then the third was my legs.

Yes six weeks is enough time to get the where you need to be but also depends on what you are trying to achieve weight wise. I would not set the standards to high, like for me in six weeks I would like to be at least 12 lbs lighter because they most medical professionals tell you that you should not lose anymore than 10 lbs per month. So in six weeks you would probably be 12 lbs lighter than you were. I hope this helps you. God bless and good luck.

You should see results in two days. The problem is what was going on before. What was your life like up until the moment you had this epiphane? Only you can determine if you have the will to go the distance. From my POV, you have to walk before you can run. I would take a doable goal, like walk every day for 30 minutes. Eat vegetables, grain, fruit, less meat, no snacks. Drink lots of cold water, regulate bowel movements, get plenty of rest, wear good walking shoes. Thus, I could see my trend. I wouldn’t come out of the blue with a master plan that is too ambitious, then, give up in four days, and say awww, that was terrible. Be realistic, and you will be very happy.
