Help with a diet and excercise plan?
Hi,
I am in a desperate need of a good diet plan that fits my age, and lifestyle and also a good excercise plan to gain some abs and muscles. I am in the mid- teens (15-17 years old) and right now I’m not currently doing any sport. In the winter I swam for my school but now that the season is over I have no activities to do, and I owuld like to find some time and do some specific excercises that would help me get muscles and abs. To do that I am willing to change my diet too, since right now I’m not following any low carb or low fat diets. I really am not the kind of person who eats all fruits and vegetables but salads are okay. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out a plan both nutritial and for my muscles and abs.
Eat between 1200-1400 calories a day and exercise atleast 3 times a week which means cardio and strength training.
