Slim Down this Summer

Breakfest

1 piece of whole wheat toast with jam,
1 cup of fruit (pineapple) or just an apple cut up
water bottle

lunch
(from my school cafetorium)
vegetable sticks (aprox. 5 carrot sticks 5 celery sticks)
tuna sand which
water bottle

apple when i get home from school or a cup of fruit and some water

dinner

one of those low fat diet microwave meals
with a salad
water bottle

plus i am going to start running.

I’m trying to get my body back in shape for sports season.
well starting in May i play soccer 3 times a week, and i play mid.

so i don’t know depending on the success of this, i don’t know how long i will do it.

It does sound a little lean. Not sure if you can stick to it every day. Maybe on the days you play Soccer you can revert to your current fooding habits.
