Slim Down this Summer

I’m 5’2 and 111 pounds and I’m trying to lost 10 pounds. Please no one say not to because I’d be "underweight" Anyway, my diet is as follows…

Breakfast:
Oatmeal or low fat yogurt

Then workout for an hour

Snack fruit

Lunch chicken or tuna salad

dinner : Apple sauce cup.

This has worked so far because I’ve lost 15 pounds.

A lot of the nutrients are their, possibly just add some red or black eyed beans into the salad to increase the amount of protein and vitamins your receiving.

However, saying that i cant help but feel that this diet could possibly mean you are well under your recommended daily calorie allowance. Always aim to get at least 1,500-1,800 calories as anything below will cause your body to go into starvation mode and store fat making it harder for you to get a toned body.
