does anyone know what the low fat flight meal is for virgin?
im travelling from the uk to america with virgin airlines. ive ordered the low fat option for the on flight meal..does anyone know what it is and how low fat it is?
i know this may sound daft but i am on a strict diet plan and i would really like to know! thank-you
There is no indication as to what the low fat option consists of, but you can go to "my booking" up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure to amend your meal selection. Maybe details will be available if you were to do that.

I don’t know for sure but there website states the following:
Low fat/cholesterol – low fat foods prepared using low fat cooking methods or containing a minimum of added fats.
You can call their special assistance team 48 hours before flying: Special assistance (Open Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm GMT). 0844 412 4455
