Slim Down this Summer

i want a good diet plan that includes only 500 calories per day and really low fat. If possible include some pakistani or indian foods.

For a diet that skimpy you could just boil up a dozen eggs or so and keep them in the refrig – and eat 5 of them a day. Eggs are probably the most complete food – and they’re really unbelievably cheap.

500 calories is not a diet you can do for very long – it’s far too few calories. Just to illustrate – after the 2nd War was over, occupied Germany was on a 1500 to 1800 calorie die a day – and that’s considered a starvation diet. They were not doing very well on that few calories.

But that’s three times your proposed diet. Your diet is much like fasting.
