    @vida130 I do too, but it is difficult to find. The Caesar dip from Ken’s isn’t as low carb as the salad dressing, but I haven’t found the salad dressing recently. Wishbone Caesar is pretty good in its absence.

    @mizzmochabrown …
    @mizzmochabrown It’s different for everybody depending on the amount of glycogen in their muscles, but for most people not already on a lower carb diet, it takes about 3-5 days to enter ketosis and have ketones appearing in their urine.

    I cant find …
    I cant find anywhere in DANDR where it says how long it takes to get into ketosis. Im looking hard through your videos and I cant find it either. And I cant find it on the ADBB website either. maybe im not looking hard enough. Could you please tell me how long it takes?

    one easy good …
    one easy good healthy recipe would be soaking almonds over night and skinning them in the morning. Then blend them up with virgin olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, italian herb seasoning, a little unrefined raw sugar, and a pinch of asofotedia (hing) and some pure water to mix to a consistency you like and dont forget … See Moresome sea salt. You can also add red or gold bell peppers to the mix to make it extra nice or even a few fresh tomatos.

    hey ken. can you tell me if 80mg/dl of ketones in the urine is considered being in ketosis? ive been on induction for 6 days and as of this morning had lost 6 pounds, so i think i probably am in ketosis.

    I think so, Gosh to be honest I haven’t bought any dressing in over a year. I’ve been making my own using a recipe I got from another youtuber. I’ll have to go pick up a bottle this weekend!

    I hear you on making your own, but so far, the reward vs. effort hasn’t been there for me. I have made my own Caesar and Ranch dressing for special occasions, but for daily purposes, the commercial stuff works good enough.

    I wish I could find it. It’s disappeared from my local grocery shelves to be replaced with their squeeze bottle dip Caesar which had 4g. ARGH!

    That is probably best, but I prefer a bit more flavor. To each their own though…

    That was the one that was loaded with floating Romano cheese, right? I like Ken’s, but I can’t find their normal Caesar dressing any longer. (not the one to be used as a dip and has 4g)
