what is a good, healthy fat burning diet?
I will tell you that most good healthy eating plans are based on the glycemic index. A good rule of thumb for eating healthy, is to eat only whole foods in their natural forms. What I mean by that is to not eat prepackaged foods. When I go shopping, I have nothing in boxes or packages in my cart. Buy organic when possible. Your body can not metabolize all those preservatives and chemicals in the processed foods. Your liver has two main functions and that is to break down fats and to filter the chemicals and junk out of your body. If you are consuming all those processed foods, your liver is too busy trying to figure out what to do with that crap to break down the fat, so it just stores it. If you clean up your diet, your liver can do what it is suppose to and you will find out that it is easier to lose than you thought. Eating the right foods will also keep your blood sugar levels consistent throughout the day and boost your metabolism. So bottom line, smart food choices, don’t skip meals and do a little exercise and you will lose weight.
