Slim Down this Summer

I know it’s wrong to take diet pills cause they’re not good for you in the long run and whatever, but i need to lose some weight FAST (at least 5 pounds) because i have a wedding to attend in 12 days. anything safe and proven effective? no hoaxes please. stories from personal experience using your recommended pill would be very much appreciated. thanks!

Jusy take an over the counter pill like dexatrim from any grocery store. 5lbs is not a lot of weight. Try walking or running with sweat clothes on twice per day.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Protein from (lean chicken, fish and beans)
Carbs from fruits and vegetables
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
