Is there a effective fat burning diet pill that’s over the counter that really works?
I’m dieting and exercising but I need a little extra help along the way is there anything out there that really works?
If you are dieting and exercising lipo 6 and certain forms of hoodia can help. Lipo 6 is a fat burner that I have used and it did help however it has about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee so if you have high blood pressure or are watching your caffeine intake be careful. Just try to drink a lot of water when you are exercising. If you purchase hoodia make sure its the fat burner and not the appetite blocker. Good luck.

First of all, if you are younger than 18 years old, please don’t take diet pills. Bad for your growth. Most of diet pills are for people between 18 – 50 years old.

But if you take some diet pills that is not herbal, it will control your nerves and then you don’t want to eat anything. Sometimes you may feel a little dizzy, which is bad.
So make sure you get the herbal one if you really want to take diet pills

You need to work out an hour a day and if you don’t want to lose weight, eat as many calories as you were eating before plus the amount of calories you burned while exercising. You’ll gain muscle which will replace fat but you won’t lose weight. You should gain it
