Is high protein and low sugar the best diet for fat burning?

Also…does "low sugar" include keeping fruit consumption to a minimum and do high protein foods really use up more calories being digested than they contain?
That along with plenty of exercise will do it.

sounds good but make sure you get all you healthy nutrient but it’ll work with good exercise

NO SUGAR and NO STARCH. Do this and you will lose more weight than you could ever believe. You must be strict and stick to it!

Eat normally not to exess . Exersize burns fat but you have to stay sweaty to burn off fat as the fat will only break down when it’s hot enough , so get hot and stay hot for as long as possible to burn fat . Isotonic drinks are a must when exersizing like this .
