Fat burning and diet question?
ok, so my aim is to burn the fat layer especially on the abdominal region. So If I completely stop eating sweet food, is this harmful for health? I mean I can exclude sweet food entirely from my diet, but I am afraid it may cause low blood pressure, or lack of concentration, or other effects? I am just assuming …
Thanks…
The sweet stuff you need to stop eating is refined sugars so processed food; instead eat natural sugars found in fruit. Also some tips to loose a bit of body fat is drink as much water as possible. Studies have shown that green tea (unsweetened) can improve your metabolism, so you could have even more energy, and the same goes for capsicum, so basically put chillies in everything.
Also the main thing is the way we eat is wrong small/ no breakfast, then a medium lunch and then a big dinner what we should do is eat 6 small meals evenly spaced out during the day and then this will force your body not to store fat if there’s a constant supply of food. Where as if you have a huge gap then your body will stock up because it doesn’t know where the next meal is coming from.
good luck

No, it wont affect your system in the long run. You might get some headache at the start because you have withdrawing syndromes, a bit like a hangover but this last only around 2-3 days. After that you will actually have more energy. And watch out for sweet drinks!

If you stop eating processed sugars that will be the key. Natural sugars found in fruits are good for you, so eat red grapes or kiwi fruit for a really great natural sweet fruit, apples and melons are great treats as well. It really is about the sugars and to many carbs that can lead to that area gaining additional weight. Well at least that is what happens to me if I eat to many goodies, like I did over the holiday.
