this should definately show my abs now, ive got about 1-2 cm of fat on my stomach so i can only show a bit of my upper 2 abs, and i got a tiny bit of fat on my pecs. after alot of cardio, my abs should show. im 14 by the way, and i only do u p to 3 kg so i am healthy and i do lots of reps, leading me to lean muscle and not bulky!!!

Perfectly put! Not …
Perfectly put! Not only do you have to invest a good 45 minutes doing cardio 5 days a week, you also need to train in the correct target zone. Jacking up your heart rate to anaerobic levels does not burn fat – too low is the same deal. You also need to train on an empty stomach and ultimately do resistance training to build muscle which increases your resting metabolism. There are no quick fixes for burning fat and weight loss just hard work and stop eating you bunch of lazy pigs!!!

if you only have 4 minutes of free time you have much worse problem than being fat. And if you are that busy there is no way you can be fat.
Dont go around looking for 4 minute exercises. Its stupid. You need at least 30-45 minutes of cardio. 4 is totally ridiculous.

Haha..”excellent program if you’re short on time” 4 minutes? That will achieve precisely nothing long-term. I think it’s a better program if you’re short on brain cells.

All other factors aside – I’ve great success with the AirDyne for clients who needed non-weight bearing cardio – due to joint/weight issues.

ANY exercise is good! Tabatas are amazing though and they simply make the most of your time. It’s the ongoing calorie burn for hours after the exercise that you reap the benefits.
