So was that healthy?? I know I need to cut out the oreos and stuff but I was craving them bad!
Thanks for your help!!

It’s generally a good plan, but I have a few tweaks:
First, 1300 calories is not nearly enough. Bump it up to about 1600; your body cannot function on 1300 and that kind of starvation will slow down your metabolism.
Next, egg whites? Seriously? Eat the damn yolk; it has all of the nutrients.
A slice of bacon is fine. The protein and fat will fill you up and stave off cravings.
Skip the candy and the cereal. Neither one is worth the calories and sugar! If you must eat cereal, then have something high in fiber and low in sugar – but you really should have a real whole grain like oatmeal instead.
Your veggie sandwich – ew. Diet bread is revolting; for the few calories and grams of fat they shave off, you get an extra dose of high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavorings and chemicals that you would never keep in your pantry. Eat real bread, homemade if you can.
Good call with the oats for dinner, but don’t use packets of stuff. You say unprocessed but nothing that comes in a package actually is unprocessed. Head to the bulk section of the grocery store and buy a bag of steel-cut oats. They’re cheaper than the packaged stuff and they’re better for you.
As for your overall intake: Way too much sugar, not enough protein.

I was really skeptical about using the Maqui berry, but once I tried it I was amazed. I have been using it for two months now and it not only helps me lose weight, but it has also made me feel much better overall health wise. There is more info at the website below.
