more natural ways to lower Blood Pressure please!!!! URGENT!?
I’m trying to get into the military so no medicication please, and lower my blood pressure naturally. At the moment I’m on a low sodium diet, exercising, taking a few supplements which being are Hawthorn Berries. Garlic Supplements. and CoQ-10 or something like that. Is there anything else I can take that could help a little bit? And how long should I wait til I see some results with my BP even if its only a small drop. Please and thank you!!!
The things you are doing right now are great and will help you lower your blood pressure. Some other things you can do are reduce saturated fat intake, reduce alcohol consumption, if you drink, and since it sounds like you are under a lot of stress, try to reduce it as much as possible. Fish oils have been scientifically shown to help lower BP.
Make sure to track your progress and keep track of your BP. There are devices available that you can use at home to check your BP. You might see results in at least two weeks, so try to be patient and diligent and you will reach your goal. Good luck!

Cut out all animal protien and switch over to a plant based whole grains whole foods diet and you will see your blood pressure go down and you will feel a lot better too. Plent of fruits, veggies, beans, raw nuts and seeds etc. Also drink plenty of water. Good luck!

Hi there, I have people taking hymalayan salt in a mix of 50/50 to a jam jar size container Pour in 1/2 salt and 1/2 good water prefer distilled water. Wait 72 hours for water and salt to absorb. You should always be able to see salt in the jar. Take 1 teaspoon in morning of this solee mix. Add 1 teaspoon of good water to replace teaspoon drunk. It can be put into a small amount of water and swallowed that way. Don’t used the black hymalayan salt only the pink one and any health store should have it or supermarket. Buy by the litre of salt it is very economic. The reason why your blood pressure is high is the blood cells aren’t hydrated enough and the heart being a pump there is no resistance to bring down the pressure. I have people with high blood pressure back to normal in days. your supplements are fine.some adreanal support may be nessary as well as with the stress of trying to achieve this entrance exam this will also be draining your adrenal gland. Eating a lower carbohydrate diet may help. I have known a lot of people, including myself, who have switched to a lower carb diet and seen their blood pressure decrease. High levels of insulin (which is released in response to the carbohydrates you eat) can cause too much magnesium to be lost which in turn causes your blood vessels to constrict and thus causes higher blood pressure. This of course is only one cause and you will have to see which solution works personally for you. Good luck!
