Slim Down this Summer

I’m trying to get into the military so no medicication please, and lower my blood pressure naturally. At the moment I’m on a low sodium diet, exercising, taking a few supplements which being are Hawthorn Berries. Garlic Supplements. and CoQ-10 or something like that. Is there anything else I can take that could help a little bit? And how long should I wait til I see some results with my BP even if its only a small drop. Please and thank you!!!

The things you are doing right now are great and will help you lower your blood pressure. Some other things you can do are reduce saturated fat intake, reduce alcohol consumption, if you drink, and since it sounds like you are under a lot of stress, try to reduce it as much as possible. Fish oils have been scientifically shown to help lower BP.

Make sure to track your progress and keep track of your BP. There are devices available that you can use at home to check your BP. You might see results in at least two weeks, so try to be patient and diligent and you will reach your goal. Good luck!
