In addition to exercise and diet, what can I do to lower my blood pressure? I want to avoid taking medication.

I agree that it may take time to see improvement… For me walking every day helped tremendously. I went from borderline high to excellent blood pressure very quickly. I also try not to eat a lot of salt.

You need to give it time as well. Be sure to focus on high-quality nutritional support because your body will cosume extra nutrients as it repairs tissue and rebalances itself.
