Slim Down this Summer

Can I lower blood pressure through exercise or will I have to decrease the amount of sodium I consume?
ok then how about without changing my diet and without cutting myself….Yahoo! Answers has really gone down the drain

The salt content of food really makes a tremendous difference in your bp.

If you really don’t want to change it, you could do a few things.

1. Cut out smoking and drinking beer.
2. Exercise more. Walk 40 minutes every day.
3. Meditate. Relax your mind and your body.
4. Reduce work- and home-related stress.

Do those four things and you should see a drop in your bp without dumping the salt.
