How to lower blood pressure naturally?
My doctors says I have high blood pressure I am going back in a few weeks if its still high I will have to have treament can I try and lower it naturally, I am 2 stone overweight so will start exercise and have less salt in my diet will that help and what else can I do ? Is there any natural herbs I can try?
No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage & no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Avoid stress at work & at home. Get 8 hours sleep. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite’s rest. Within 90 days you will be amazed. NO CHEATING!!!!!

A friend of mine tried acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine (a disgusting infusion of leaves that she had to boil). Both had some effect but cutting salt out and losing weight will have the most significant impact.
Ultimately, although we often dislike the idea of long term medication, this is one time when it’s worth doing. The damage of untreated high blood pressure can be likened to running a car engine continuously on low oil whilst over revving- it will be ok for a while but in the end, you will wreck the engine…
