I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.

liquor is worse for …
liquor is worse for you than beer but even if you binge drink its still bad for. alcohol restricts your blood vessels. since you smoke 3 packs a day even if you stopped drinking all togethor your blood pressure will probably only go down a little. if you quit smoking than you will see a big decrease in your blood pressure very quickly. word of advice, if you have high blood pressure don’t even drink or smoke because you are setting yourself up for some serious complications.

People please be nice! You don’t have to listen to her if you want to. But actually has good advice but if you don’t understand her let me help you. She says for you to continue to eat high sodium food, fattening foot, lots meat, and simple carbohydrate and also not to exercise at all. She recommends that you watch TV 8 to 10 hours a day and drink lots of beers.
