Aside from diet and exercise, there are some herbs that are very beneficial for Blood Pressure. The most popular ones are Fish Oil, Hawthorn Berries, L-Arginine, C12 Peptides (from milk protein casein), Bonito Peptides, and Garlic.

I know there are many people who like to use Yoga or meditation for stress and/or blood pressure, but I’m not sure if you consider that like exercise or stretching. Try out some various options and see what helps.

As far as Cholesterol is concerned, there are several natural options including Red Yeast Rice, Policosanol, Beta Sitosterol, Omega 3 and 9 Fatty Acids (typically in Fish Oil, Flax Oil, and Olive Oil), Guggul, Niacin, Lecithin, Garlic, PhosphatidylCholine, and any good soluble fiber. Each of those help with different aspects of Cholesterol health, so you may need a variety of them… try one or two of them out.

However, when it comes to Cholesterol, just increasing soluble fiber (veggies, fruits, grains, etc) and decreasing bad foods (some sugars, certain fatty foods, etc) is often the best route. Good luck!

You can lower cholesterol and blood pressure with diet and exercise. I think one of the most important thing you can do is eat a healthy diet. Only eat whole foods nothing processed and eat lots of dark green leafy vegetables. You should also start exercising regularly. That can be tough at times but it really helps.

Massage and mediation can also help lower blood pressure.

Protein is key that many don’t get enough of when attempting to pack on the muscle. My goal is 1g per lean muscle which can be tough without the assistance of protien shakes. props for a well written article
