Slim Down this Summer

I am a 30 year old male, I exercise 6 days a week (weight lifting and cardio) and I am in excellent shape. I eat a very strict diet that limits sodium to 2500mg per day or less, while taking in large amounts of protein and potassium. Despite my efforts, my blood pressure is still 140/100. What am I doing wrong?

Try omega-3, garlic supplements, apple cider vinegar, aspirin, lots of antioxidants, lots of water, oat meal, lots of whole grains, no alcohol or soda, 2500 mg of sodium is too much cut it to 1000 for 30 days let your body use what it has stored up. you also may need a light water pill to release some of the water weight in your body that is holding that salt! Your body is having trouble releasing the extra fluid trapped in your body due to the sodium you may need a little jump start! Another thing if you worry too much or even stress about your blood pressure it will go up! Try relaxing, deep breathing, slowing your body down manually! I sounds funny but some peoples bodies don’t know how to relax!

Not WW, Jenny Craig or the like, but a book or a general plan. Thanks!

Adopt DASH diet (The Mediterranean diet). Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet, which includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish, vegetables, poultry, and egg whites. Use monounsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola oils or polyunsaturated oils such as corn, safflower, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils. Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.

The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report: How To Cure Your High Blood Pressure Naturally Without Drugs.

This content packed, downloadable report is absolutely crammed with honest, powerful and effective information that will tell you exactly what will and what won’t help you to safely, naturally and affordably drop your blood pressure to the floor.

In my special downloadable report you’ll learn:

* The truth about beta blockers, alpha blockers and other common and dangerous pharmaceutical blood pressure “cures” (once you read my special report you’ll be willing to do just about anything to avoid the nasty side effects of these “magic pills.”)

* The real skinny on alcohol… how much and how little should you drink and how drinking the right kind of booze can actually have a positive effect on your heart.

* Exactly how much weight you need to lose to have a noticeable and permanent effect on your blood pressure… as well as simple and straightforward tips on how to get the weight off and keep it off without having to become a shiny-toothed, muscle-obsessed gym bunny.

* The hard facts on salt — and what doctors do (and don’t) know about the devastating effect of this all too common seasoning on your heart.

* The pros and cons of the DASH Diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) and how you can use this simple guideline to naturally lower your blood pressure in as little as two weeks.

* Why you should “go nuts for nuts” (excuse my pun) and pack your daily diet with as many walnuts, cashews and almonds as you can get your hands on.

And much, much more…

No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage & no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Avoid stress at work & at home. Get 8 hours sleep. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite’s rest. Within 90 days you will be amazed. NO CHEATING!!!!!
