Slim Down this Summer

After decades of low fat, low calorie diets we still have an epidemic level of obesity in our populations. This is because these weight loss methods work only short term. They don’t provide a correct nutritional approach to weight loss. People cant go through life counting calories and starving themselves year after year. This is not the long term solution.

I will explain in simple terms what the real solution is and easy it can be. It comes down to one natural principle, “get back to nature”. Avoid processed, refined, artificial man made food. It has no life left in it and it will drain the life from you. Connect with nature, not just with your food, but with the air, light, water and spirit that created it in the first place. Healing is what we need and that is what plants, herbs and nature does best. It heals us. The long term solution is right at our fingertips.

❤ Cold Thai Summer Vegetable Stew ❤

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
…..All quantities in this recipe are up to you! Use your intuition. ;-)
— 1 Young Coconut (water)
— Carrots, several to be juiced
— Carrots, a few to be chopped
— Peas, shelled
— Cherry Tomatoes
— Kale, with leaves torn off of stems
— Collard Greens, with leaves torn off of stems
— Red Chard, with leaves torn off of stems
— Lettuce
— Garlic Cloves
— Optional Additions…only if you need them!: sea salt, olive oil, hot pepper, avocado, corn

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open the young coconut—refer to this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j —and pour its water into your Vita-Mix, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9

— 2) Add chopped carrots, shelled peas & cherry tomatoes, followed by all the leafy greens: kale, collard greens, lettuce & red chard (make sure to tear the leaves off of the thick stems first!), and any of the optional additions you might need.

— 3) Lightly blend in your Vita-Mix, but not too much…you’ll want to leave it looking like a chunky stew…and then transfer to individual soup bowls.

— 4) Run the carrots you designated for juicing through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

— 5) Serve soup with a pitcher of carrot juice offered on the side. The carrot juice allows people to thin out, sweeten and/or tone down a spicy soup, so as to suit their individual taste buds.

I have heard Hoodia is good. What else is there? where can i get it? how much $?
No one is answering my question obviously i am aware that excersise works but im talking about diet pills. What are the best ones… anyone else?

I wouldn’t take hoodia, it’s just a fad drug on a commercial. There are a lot of diet pills that are really good. But, you can’t just rely on the pills to do all the work for you. Since the band on products having ephredra fat burners aren’t as effective. You can buy it separately, but I would not recommend it. The top 3 that I have used that made me get down to about 6-8 body fat was Muscle tech Hydroxycut, Dymatize Thermoburn, and Stacker 3. For the price Stacker 3 is the best and the results are great with proper diet and cardio.

When I am sick, I eat salt-heavy chicken soup which seems to immediately raise my b.p. and consequently makes me feel better. I am wondering if the opposite is true (i.e. not eating anything or very little)?

Lowering your sodium intake will have a positive effect on your blood-pressure immediatly.

Lowering your bodyweight will too, but you might need to loose a minimum of ten or fifteen pounds before you see much of a difference.

i seem to be perenially hungry,(i dont take coffee or tea or milk) need at least a good meal once in 3 hours – body weight has increased by 10 kgs- i request a good vegetarian south indian(preferably) diet which may help in weight loss(am doing yoga now)

Can some 1 explain the Atkins diet in detail for me? I wanna do the Atkins diet so i can go from 206 to 180. Can some 1 list the steps of starting the diet and completeing it. Also i do not mind hard core dieting.

buy the book. or get it out of the library. its quite a detailed process.

in detail, see the wikipedia.

for overview: eat little or no carbs (carbohydrates) and force your body to consume the energy stored in your body in various forms. it is done in stages. each stage is stressful to your body, difficult (yes, hard core) and totally unnecessary to loose 26 pounds.

for that amount of weight, you are better off changing your eating habits, preferably on a permanent basis. eat fresh plenty of fresh seasonal fruits and veggies, eat modest amount of animal products, and avoid fast food and processed foods. invest in yourself by spending a few more bucks at buying food that has no unpronounceable ingredients.

the atkins diet is way over rated. don’t do it.
